DANBURY, Conn. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its 2016 Division III South Men's Soccer All-Star Team.
AJ Bishop of Cabrini University claimed the Offensive Player of the Year honor, with Evan Augustine from Penn State Behrend taking home the Defensive Player of the Year award.
Cabrini's Bishop was an offensive force this season, leading the team in goals (17) and points (40). The senior scored two goals in a match five times this season for the Cavaliers. The midfielder was voted Colonial States Athletic Conference (CSAC) 2016 Player of the Year, the first Cabrini player to earn the honor since 2008.
