Jahelka's honor for top offensive performer comes after she won the corresponding award in the Northeast-10 Conference for the second year in succession. In 19 games during the regular season and conference tournament, the senior compiled 85 points on 62 goals and 23 assists, including seven game-winning tallies. Her efforts helped the Panthers claim the NE-10 Championship after finishing second in the conference during the regular season. This marks Jahelka's second-straight All-ECAC First Team honor, and third All-ECAC selection overall after earning second-team honors in 2015.

A two-time NE-10 Defensive Player of the Year, Weber appeared in 19 games during the regular season and conference tournament, scooping up 47 ground balls and claiming 52 draw controls to rank second on the team in each category. Her efforts helped lead a Panthers defense that held opponents to fewer than four goals per game this year. In addition to ECAC Defensive Player of the Year, Weber was also voted to the All-ECAC First Team, her second such selection in as many years.

Johnson completes Adelphi's trio of major awards with the ECAC Rookie of the Year honor. The first-year attacker posted 93 points on 39 goals and 54 assists in 19 games during the regular season and NE-10 tournament. Johnson's totals placed her at the top of the conference leaderboards in both points and assists, as she earned NE-10 Rookie of the Year honors as well.

Taylor garners ECAC Coach of the Year after she received the same award in the NE-10. In her third season at the helm, she guided the Dolphins to a perfect 17-0 regular-season mark and the top seed in the NE-10 tournament. Taylor also helped seven players earn all-conference recognition, including three first-team selections. Additionally, three of Taylor's charges also earned All-ECAC honors, highlighted by freshman Hannah George's First Team selection.
