ECAC Announces Riders of the Week Ending February 15

DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced the Equestrian Riders of the Week for the week ending February 15.

Single Discipline
Fences: Maddie Cardelli - College of Charleston
Maddie Cardelli rode to a weekend's high score fences score with an 89 after a double header weekend hosted by COFC. She was awarded MOP honors for her ride.

Flat: Alexa Strauss - Dartmouth College
Alexa Strauss earned her first career MOP on the flat with a 91-88 win at Charleston. Alexa's ride on Bali highlighted her ability to master a difficult flat pattern while remaining composed.

ABOUT THE ECAC
The ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference) is an eighty-five-year-old organization with well over 200 member schools across all three NCAA Divisions - I, II and III. The ECAC exists to enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletics and provides great value for universities and colleges by sponsoring championships, leagues, bowl games, tournaments and other competitions throughout the Northeast.
