Heather Miara – Georgian Court
Freshman, Sayreville, N.J.

Miara led Georgian Court to the team title at the Philadelphia Metro Championship, with an impressive 19:37.73 time on the 5K course. She placed first in the race, beating 150 other runners in the field.

Nicole Radzik – Bryant University
Senior, Sutton, Mass.

Radzik finished first for the third time in as many meets, taking home the top spot at the Bryant Invitational. Radzik’s time of 19:44 over the 5K course placed her 53 seconds ahead of her nearest competitor, while helping Bryant to a second place team finish.
