Lindsey Nadolski - Ithaca College
Junior, Chapel Hill, N.C.

Nadolski captured the individual crown at the Empire 8 Cross Country Championship. She covered the 5K course at Saratoga Spa State Park in a time of 18:02.77 to help lead the Bombers to their fifth straight Empire 8 team title. Nadolski received the Runner of the Meet Award and was also named to the All Conference first team.

Elizabeth Montgomery - State University of New York at Geneseo
Junior, Glenville, N.Y.

Montgomery won the individual title at the State University of New York Athletic Conference (SUNYAC) Championships clocking in at a time of 21:54 on the 5K course at SUNY Potsdam. Montgomery's time was instrumental in leading the Blue Knights to their eighth straight SUNYAC team championship.
