WATERBURY, Conn. - The record-setting 2008 season for the Post University baseball team came to an end on Friday morning, as Molloy College captured the 2008 ECAC Division II Championship, with a 4-2 win in Game 2 of the best-of-three series at Municipal Stadium. The Lions won Game 1 on Thursday, 9-3.

BRISTOL, R.I.- The Roger Williams University baseball team defeated Mass Maritime Academy, 11-3, Sunday, to win the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III New England Championship. RWU freshman Zach Porter (Middleboro, Mass.) was named the tournament's most outstanding player.
