Division II

Player of the Week

Rachel Ray - Adelphi University
Junior, Attack, Rocky Point, N.Y.

Ray notched a total of 10 points during a 22-7 victory over Georgian Court.  She scored four goals herself and assisted on six others.

Goalkeeper of the Week

Amanda McGeachey - Stonehill College
Senior, Goalkeeper, Saco, Maine

McGeachey allowed three goals in nearly 47 minutes as Stonehill topped Saint Anselm, 19-3.  She only needed to make three saves in the contest.

Division III - New England

Co-Players of the Week

Brittany Marino - Salve Regina University
Junior, Attack, Mt. Sinai, N.Y.

Marino found the back of the net seven times in a win over Western Connecticut (13-12), and added an assist, nine groundballs, four draw controls, and three caused turnovers.  After defeating Dallas (14-2), she had a total of 10 goals and two assists on the week.

Katie Peters - Emerson College
Freshman, Attack, Acton, Mass.

Peters scored 13 goals and picked up 21 groundballs on the week, in victories over Elms (24-3), Pine Manor (22-1), and Westfield State (14-13).  Against Westfield she tallied 10 scores, including the gamewinner in overtime.

Goalkeeper of the Week

Kellie Pickel - Norwich University
Freshman, Goalkeeper, Montpelier, Vt.

Pickel stopped 17 shots during a 12-10, double-overtime setback to New England College.

Division III - Upstate

Co-Players of the Week

Alanna Waters - St. Lawrence University
Senior, Attack, Darien, Conn.

Waters scored five goals and dished out 11 assists over three wins against Mt. Holyoke (17-11), Scranton (11-10), and Springfield (13-12).  In the games versus Mt. Holyoke and Scranton, she had six and five assists, respectively.  Waters recorded three goals in the double-overtime victory against Springfield.

Kaillie Briscoe - Hamilton College
Junior, Attack, Orangeville, Ontario

Briscoe notched seven goals and had five assists in a 1-1 week, after defeating No. 9 Trinity (13-9) and falling to No. 1 Franklin & Marshall (14-13).  Against Trinity, she found her way into the scoring column six times, to go along with three assists and four draw controls.

Goalkeeper of the Week

Deanne Abell - SUNY Cortland
Sophomore, Goalkeeper, Fulton, N.Y.

Abell turned away a total of 37 shots over three games, as Cortland went 2-1 on the week.  In a 12-11 overtime win against Ithaca she made 17 saves, and made 11 saves in a victory over Rochester (13-7).  Abell had nine saves in a loss to No. 5 TCNJ (16-4).

Division III - Metro/South

Player of the Week

Sue Ackermann - Salisbury University
Senior, Attack, Sykesville, Md.

Ackermann scored six goals and had two assists in a 15-8 victory over No. 8 Bowdoin, and followed that up with a four-goal, four-assist performance in a 16-6 win against Roanoke.

Goalkeeper of the Week

Caitlin Gregory - The College of New Jersey
Senior, Goalkeeper, Winslow, N.J.

Gregory made six saves during a 16-4 win over No. 15 Cortland.
