Player of the Week
Cassius Chaney - University of New Haven
Sophomore, Forward, Old Saybrook, Conn.
Chaney averaged 27.0 points per game on 56.1 percent shooting (23-for-41), while getting 4.5 rebounds per contest. He scored 31 points in a win over Molloy (81-55) and had 23 in a loss to Queens (73-63).

Co-Players of the Week
Nick Harrington - Southern Vermont College
Senior, Forward, Brooklyn, N.Y.
Harrington registered three double-doubles in a 1-2 week, finishing with averages of 27.7 points and 18.7 rebounds. He also shot 68 percent from the field (34-for-50). His biggest game of the week consisted of 34 points and 19 boards.
Greg Samuels - Johnson & Wales University
Senior, Forward, Philadelphia, Pa.
Samuels scored 25.5 points and had 10.5 rebounds per game during a 1-1 week. In an overtime road win against Saint Joseph's, he had 30 points and six rebounds.

Player of the Week
Sean Burton - Ithaca College
Junior, Guard, Yorkville, N.Y.
Burton scored 37 points and dished out 11 assists in a setback to St. John Fisher, and ended the week with per game averages of 28.0 points, 10.0 assists, and 4.0 rebounds. Over the two games he shot 44 percent from behind the arc (11-for-25).

Co-Players of the Week
Mario Lancioni - Richard Stockton College
Senior, Guard, Runnemede, N.J.
Lancioni averaged 27.0 points per game on the week - in a loss to Rowan (75-70) and win over William Paterson (78-75). In the setback against Rowan, he scored 30 points behind 6-of-9 shooting from 3-point range.
Damien Santana - Farmingdale State College
Junior, Guard, Brooklyn, N.Y.
Santana had a well-rounded week in a pair of wins, putting up 24.5 points per game to go with 3.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 4.0 steals. He connected for 29 points in an 81-55 victory over SUNY Maritime.

Player of the Week
Derrick Thornton - Lake Erie College
Junior, Forward, University Heights, Ohio
Thornton led Lake Erie to a 2-0 week, with wins over Medaille and La Roche. He put up 25.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, and 3.5 steals per game, while shooting 74.1 percent from the floor.
