Ernest Daney - University of Bridgeport

Daney led UB to a 2-0 week averaging 23.5 points and 8.5 rebounds per game, while connecting on 67 percent of his field goals. In the Purple Knights' victory over Concordia on Wednesday, Daney posted the game's only double-double performance, an ECC- leading seventh double-double, netting a game-high 26 points and grabbing 10 rebounds.    In a hard-fought 76-71 road win over Adelphi on Saturday, Ernest notched a game-high 21 points on 9-of-13 shooting, while also grabbing seven rebounds.  At one stretch in the game, Daney connected four consecutive baskets to allow Bridgeport to grab a lead over the Panthers.
