Jennifer DiMaggio, arguably the most prolific student-athlete in Pace women's basketball history, is a two-time All-American and two-time ECAC Player of the Year (1986-87 and 1987-88). She was selected to the ECAC All-Star First Team all four years in which she played, and was also picked as ECAC Rookie of the Year in 1984-85. DiMaggio was also selected as the Pace Female Athlete of the Year for 1986-87.

DiMaggio helped lead the Setters to four straight Empire State Conference regular-season titles over the course of her four-year career. Pace also won the Empire State Conference Championship on two occasions during that stretch, and made appearances in the NCAA Tournament in both 1985 and 1986. DiMaggio was one of the driving forces that led Pace to the NCAA East Regional Title in 1985. Overall, the Setters went 94-26 (.783) during her four seasons.

DiMaggio, was inducted into the Pace Athletics Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 1997. Nearly 30 years after graduating, DiMaggio still owns Pace's program records in career points (2,125), rebounds (1,254), single-season points per game (21.5 in 1985-86) and single-game points (42 vs. New Haven on Nov. 30, 1985). Currently, she is the only player in program history to surpass 2,000 career points, and one of just seven to record more than 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds.

She is the first Pace student-athlete to ever be inducted into the ECAC Hall of Fame.
