ECAC Acrobatics & Tumbling League Announces 2017 All-Academic Team
DANBURY, Conn. – Following completion of its inaugural season, the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Acrobatics & Tumbling League has announced its 2017 All-Academic honorees.
A total of 49 student-athletes from the league’s four schools earned academic accolades, led by Quinnipiac University’s 17 honorees. Gannon University placed 14 on the academic honor roll, while King University and Alderson Broaddus each had nine earn recognition for their prowess in the classroom.
To be eligible for the ECAC Acrobatics & Tumbling League All-Academic Team, student-athletes must carry a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher, and have completed at least one full year at their current institution.
