ECAC Announces 2020 DI Women's Basketball All-ECAC Team and Major Award Winners
DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced its 2020 Division I Women’s Basketball All-ECAC Team.
Stella Johnson of Rider University was voted Player of the Year. St. Francis College freshman Nevena Dimitrijevic was awarded Rookie of the Year, and Princeton head coach Carla Berube was named Coach of the Year.

Johnson was a mainstay in MAAC weekly awards winning Player of the Week 10 times during the season. She was the leading scorer in the nation averaging 24.4 points per game while chipping in 7.4 rebounds per game. The two time College Sports Madness National Mid-Major Player of the Week and three time MBWA Division I Player of the Week is the only active player in Division I with 2,000 career points, 700 career rebounds, 400 career assists and 300 career steals.

Much like Johnson, Dimitrijevic spent most of the season as the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week, an award she won seven times. The first NEC Rookie of the Year for the terriers since 1991 was also named All-Conference Second Team. Dimitrijevic averaged 14.2 points per game and dished out 174 assists, averaging 6.2 a game.

Princeton finished the season at 26-1 under Berube. The Tigers ranked at No. 17 in the Coaches' Poll and No. 22 in the AP Poll. Princeton had a 22-game winning streak before the abrupt end to the year, which is the second longest in the country. Under Berube, Bella Alarie was named Ivy League Player of the Year.
