ECAC DIII Field Hockey Championship Set To Be Hosted By Alvernia
DANBURY, Conn. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division III Field Hockey Championship game will take place at Alvernia University on Saturday and Sunday, November 16 and 17.
Saturday will feature Virginia Wesleyan University and Husson University squaring off at 6:00 pm. The winner will face Alvernia on Sunday for the championship at noon. All championship games will be hosted on the campus of Alvernia University.
Saturday:
Virginia Wesleyan vs. Husson University at 6:00 pm
Sunday:
Winner of VWU/Husson vs. Alvernia University at Noon.
ABOUT THE ECAC
The ECAC (Eastern College Athletic Conference) is an eighty-five-year-old organization with well over 200 member schools across all three NCAA Divisions - I, II and III. The ECAC exists to enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletics and provides great value for universities and colleges by sponsoring championships, leagues, bowl games, tournaments and other competitions throughout the Northeast. The ECAC's esports platform is growing and now totals more than sixty colleges and universities and is expanding the geographic footprint for the conference nationally.
