ECAC Announces Men's Gymnastics Awards For Week Ending February 15
DANBURY, Conn. – The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced it's weekly awards for Men's Gymnastics for the week ending February 15.
Co-Gymnast of the Week
Jake Smith – Simpson College, Jr.
Jake set personal bests in two of his three events with scores over the weekend of 13.1 on the floor, a 13.75 vault, and a 12.75 on the horizontal bars, boosting Simpson to their first win in program history.
Blaise Rousseau – Springfield College, Jr.
Blaise took home event titles on the rings and parallel bars this weekend against the University of Michigan. His 13.85 tied his career high on the still rings, and his 13.0 tied his career high on the parallel bars.
Routine of the Week
Maddox Pabellon – Army, Sr.
Maddox won his third event title of the season with a 14.300 at the All Academy Championships. It was also the highest score posted throughout the entire weekend on any event.
Rookie of the Week
Garrett Alexander – Simpson College, Fr.
Garrett was another key to Simpson's first victory this weekend, securing a 13.0 on the floor, a 12.4 on the pommel horse, and a 12.95 on the vault to finish out the day.

The ECAC is an eighty-six year old intercollegiate athletics organization with roughly 200 member schools for traditional sports across all three NCAA Divisions - I, II and III - that exists to enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in NCAA sports, and provide great value for universities, by sponsoring championships, leagues, bowl games, tournaments and other competitions throughout the country. The ECAC also hosts a comprehensive esports program, with over 300 schools, 4,000 teams and 10,000-plus participants in twenty-four different games titles.
