ECAC Announces 2025 DIII Women's Basketball Championship Field

DANBURY, Conn. - The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) has announced that McDaniel College will be the overall top-seed of the 2026 ECAC Division III Women's Basketball Championship. Rutgers Camden and Keene State will be hosting the first weekend's games on Saturday, March 7.

McDaniel will have a bye to the championship weekend. They await the winner of No. 4 Rutgers Camden and No. 5 Cedar Crest. McDaniel is joined by No. 2 seed Brooklyn College. Brooklyn will play the winner of No. 3 Keene State and No. 6 Lehman College.

First Round – Saturday, March 7 at Rutgers Camden
Game 1: No. 4 Rutgers Camden vs. No. 5 Cedar Crest College at TBD

First Round – Saturday, March 7 at Keene State
Game 2: No. 3 Keene State vs. No. 6 Lehman College at TBD

Semifinals – Saturday, March 14 at McDaniel College
SF 1: Winner Game 1 vs. No. 1 McDaniel College at TBD
SF 2: Winner Game 2 vs. No 2 Brooklyn College at TBD

Final - Sunday March 15 at McDaniel College
Winner SF 1 vs. Winner SF 2 at TBD
