Media Credentials
All credential requests to cover ECAC Championships or Special Events should be directed to the Director of Marketing & Communications. Media members should make requests at least five business days in advance of the event. Requests may be made via standard mail, phone or e-mail. The ECAC reserves the right to accept or reject credential requests for any reason. Credentials will be issued only to accredited members of the working media.
Credentials will be mailed if time permits or may be picked on-site of the event. Press passes are non-transferrable.

Photography Guidelines
The Director of Marketing & Communications handles all editorial photo requests. The requestor shall forward the following information: requesting editor or writer's name and email address, organization or publication name, deadline information, and a sentence regarding the scope of the story. To request photo credentials, see the Media Credentials section.

Advertising and other commercial or non-athletic photography projects require special permission. Permission to shoot in interior and exterior spaces is required in all circumstances.

Press Box Services
The ECAC Department of Communications will provide pre game notes, team rosters and game programs prior to all championship games hosted by the ECAC at a neutral site. Complete statistical information, including play-by-play, halftime and final box scores, are provided throughout the game and will also be available on ecacsports.com.

All working media will be assigned space in the press area. The ECAC will make every effort to provide broadcast media (television, radio) with enclosed booth space, where possible. There is no cheering in the press area. The ECAC reserves the right to revoke the credential of any person who is deemed to be behaving in an inappropriate or unprofessional fashion in working press areas.
